I work across interior direction,
renovation and collectible design, bringing together technical understanding, property knowledge and an educated eye for objects.
Most consultants offer one thing: taste, or technical know-how, or market access. ModernTribute is built on the combination of all three, held in one pair of hands.
Founded in Oslo as a platform for Scandinavian design, the work today centres on the renovation and transformation of distinctive homes in the south of France - guiding international buyers from the first viewing through to the finished room.

In France, if a project is not clearly defined, the builder will define it for you.
Decisions made early, and made well, are what separate a home that reflects your intentions from one shaped by default solutions.
My role is to define the project clearly — its atmosphere, its materials, its logic — before the first wall is touched.

EXPERIENCE
Trained at Sotheby’s Educational Studies in London, with later studies in Computer-Aided Design at Noroff School of Technology, Norway.
A background spanning antiques, collectible design, interiors and property, developed through work in Paris, London, Oslo and southern France.
Commercial representation in Norway for GETAMA Denmark and Pandul, working with Scandinavian design and furniture by figures including Hans J. Wegner and Nanna Ditzel.
Through Modern Tribute, sourcing and curating Scandinavian vintage furniture and objects for international retail and interior projects, including Norwegian Rain and T-Michael’s London flagship on Piccadilly, featured in Wallpaper*, and an earlier H. Lorenzo project in Los Angeles.
Former evaluation consultant for Lauritz.com auctions in Oslo, with experience in identification, valuation and the secondary design market.
Commercial interior fit-out and project execution in Oslo, alongside extensive hands-on experience in renovation, materials, restoration and the transformation of existing buildings.
Property scouting, negotiation and renovation follow-up for international clients in France, including work with Scandimmo / Franskbolig and Sotheby’s International Realty Uzès.
Today, Modern Tribute brings these disciplines together: the building, the interior and the objects within it.
