Designed in 1962 by architect Jørgen Groth for Gunnar Petersen Architects. Table tops and fronts made by carver & joinery Borella-Hansen & Co, Hillerød. The frames are made by wrought company Herluf Poulsen, the same company that produced frames for Poul Kjærholm's furniture from E. Kold Christensen.

Provenance: Hillerød Municipality. Manufactured to the council chamber at Frederiksborg Castle Parish Municipality new town hall in 1962. On February 12, 1962 inaugurated Frederiksborg Castle Sogns new town hall on Frederiksværksgade 39, Hillerød. In 1966, added Slot parish together with Hillerød, but the furniture is retained as the new municipality council furniture.

Later mounted with lamp and microfone. Now restored with polish steel plate with hole.
